In the early hours of the day, while others are still sleeping, our bakers light the fires that warm the wood-burning ovens. They will take more than an hour to rise to the proper temperature for baking.

Then our bakers turn their attention to crafting baguettes for our signature hoagies, dough for our Neapolitan pizzas, cheesecake for our desserts, to name a few. Not to mention the variety of breads for purchase by the loaf.

The recipes are unique. The irregular shapes and sizes are distinctively fresh baked. And the wood-fired ovens offer a flavor that makes everything craveable.
