With original recipes, Clyde¹s menu is simple hand-made pastas, wood-fired pizzas, wood-grilled burgers and pot pies, to name a few.
All bakery items are handmade on the premises every morning and baked in the wood-fired ovens. This creates an awesome and distinct flavor that simply cannot be duplicated.
Did we mention our wood-fired ovens are the largest in the Midwest? They were custom built by a local mason. It seems only fitting: Wood was used to heat the smelters at Clyde. Now, wood is used to cook the food that we here at Clyde like to call "a celebration of the American worker."
